1. Agreement to Terms By scheduling or receiving services from BT Repair, located in Bicknell, Utah, you (the client) agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Scope of Services BT Repair provides mobile and in-shop equipment repair and maintenance services as requested by the client. Services are subject to availability and may include, but are not limited to, diagnostics, repairs, part replacement, and preventative maintenance. Specific services will be outlined in the service request or estimate.
3. Appointments and Scheduling BT Repair reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or equipment failure, with prior notice provided to the Client.
4. Pricing Customer is subject to fees for labor, parts, travel time and mileage, service documentation, project-specific tooling, and other related costs. Pricing includes labor, travel fees, and parts, as applicable. All fees will be itemized on the final invoice.
5. Quoting and Estimates Due to the unpredictability of repair projects, BT Repair does not issue quotes for any service work. Estimates can be issued for certain types of projects. Estimates are NOT binding, if actual costs of project exceed what is depicted on the estimate, the customer will be responsible for the full costs of the project. In instances where an estimate has been provided, BT Repair is obligated to update the customer of any circumstances that will cause the project to exceed the estimated amount.
6. Payment Terms Payment is due 30 days after completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, checks, Venmo. Late payments may incur additional fees at the rate of 1.5% per month. BT Repair reserves the right to withhold completed equipment until payment is made in full.
7. Warranty and Liability BT Repair provides a 180 day warranty on labor and parts installed by BT Repair. Warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper operation; wear-and-tear items such as (but not limited to) belts, filters, and fluids; services performed by third parties or parts provided by the client. BT Repair is not liable for delays or damages resulting from factors outside of its control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions or acts of nature.
8. Client Responsibilities The client must provide accurate information regarding equipment issues and grant access to the equipment at the agreed location. The Client is responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible working environment for the technician.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, BT Repair shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided, including loss of use or revenue, or harm.
10. Amendments BT Repair reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on bt-repair.com
